The iHuman Institute at ShanghaiTech University was established to map, model, understand, and modulate molecular signaling in human cells.
The institute encourages interdisciplinary research combining chemistry, biology, imaging, and structural biology of the cellular
components involved in signal transduction. In particular, a candidate should be interested in the development and application of
integrative methods for coarse-grained simulation of macromolecular processes.

The postdoc will spend most of his/her time at the iHuman Institute. He/she will also have a training opportunity at Professor
Sali’s lab at the University of California, San Francisco.
We expect applicants to meet the following requirements:
1) Ph.D. degree in computational physics, computational chemistry, computational biology, mathematics, or computer science.
2) Excellence in scientific programming.
3) Proficiency in English communication, reading, and writing.
